• The product must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made eyewear is non-returnable.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange your eyewear for a different style, we encourage you to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure it is safely returned to us.
